LOGISTICA E DISTRIBUICAO SYNEX LTDA (Brazilian tax ID 62.063.115/0001-82) is responsible for personal data processed through this website, quote requests, reseller applications, support, warranty, newsletter, and commercial relationships. This policy applies to the public Synex website and its forms.
Data we collect
Depending on your interaction, we may collect name, corporate email, phone or WhatsApp number, company, Brazilian tax ID, city and state, product and serial number, purchase documents, messages, quote information, IP address, browser data, consent records, and information voluntarily submitted in forms.
Purposes and legal bases
Data is used to answer requests, prepare quotes, review reseller applications, provide support, process warranty or RMA, manage commercial relationships, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve the website. Processing may rely on consent, steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations, exercise of rights, or legitimate interests assessed for each purpose.
Cookies and optional measurement
Essential local preferences store language and cookie choices. Google Analytics 4, the Meta Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity are loaded only after 'Accept all'. They may use cookies such as _ga, _ga_*, _fbp, _fbc, _clck, and _clsk. Clarity helps us understand navigation through aggregated metrics, heatmaps, and session recordings, with sensitive content masked. Choosing 'Essential only' does not block core website functions. Service providers and international transfers
Hosting and security infrastructure may be provided by Hostinger. When authorized, audience measurement and marketing services may be provided by Google, Meta, and Microsoft. These providers process limited data under their own contractual and security safeguards and may operate infrastructure outside Brazil. We limit sharing to what is needed for each service.
Retention
Unconverted commercial contacts may be retained for up to 24 months after the last interaction. Customer, quote, contractual, tax, warranty, and support records may be retained for the applicable relationship or warranty period and for up to five years afterward, or longer when required by law or necessary for legal claims. Newsletter data is kept until consent is withdrawn or the purpose ends. Security logs are kept only for the operational period necessary to investigate incidents and prevent abuse.
Security and access
We apply role-based access, authentication, encrypted transport, backups, logging, and reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No online system is risk-free; suspected incidents are assessed and handled according to applicable obligations.
Your rights
Subject to legal conditions, you may request confirmation, access, correction, anonymization, restriction, portability, deletion, information about sharing, review of automated decisions when applicable, or withdrawal of consent. We may request identity verification before fulfilling a request.
